I teach at CUNY and we are remote at least through May--possibly back next September. I took the opportunity to buy a small family property in MA. It's a good investment, but I miss my NY life. But then I talk to my friends in NY and they tell me they miss it too. I do want come back P/T next fall (if school is open) so I can end my NY years on my terms, but I sure hope something is going on by then.
